GREAT NEWS - You DON'T need to decide now - your decision whether to do the 9km or the 5km (FOR SUMMERSTRAND) version of the event is decided (and communicated to us) on race morning when you check-in. For now you just sign up to take part in the relevant Beers & Bagels race day. 

Entrants will get to enjoy a complimentary Bagel on arrival at Jacks Bagels on race morning, a FREE T-shirt (PART 1: adults entrants paid before 13th July) (PART 2: adults entrants paid before 10 August) AND a complimentary BEER on completion of the run (adults only).

For those under 18 years of age, entry is discounted as you don't receive a T-shirt or complimentary Beer.

EFT Payments for entries will close on the Wednesday Midnight (before race day) to allow bank clearance. PLEASE NO CASH PAYMENTS into our bank account without adding the outrageous bank charges.

Late entries WILL be possible at event registration on race morning using the mobile app (FinishTime Passport free Mobile App).
Please ensure you have downloaded and updated the relevant information on this app to save time in the morning.
An additional R50 late entry fee will apply for manual late entries.

ENTRY INCENTIVES

Please note that any entry incentives which may be offered with this event, like t-shirts, goody bags, tokens etc are to be collected at pre-registration. Such incentives WILL not be kept for participants once registration is closed and the race starts and, in most instances, will be given away during the course of the event or prize giving as the organiser sees fit.

ENTRY FEE REFUNDS / ENTRY TRANSFER POLICY

Unfortunately due to the administrative and logistical costs of our Zsports Events, we have a NO REFUND or carry forward policy for all our events - the SECOND you register and paid, your entry fee is used towards costs of the event. However, we have introduced the ability to transfer your entry before race weekend. It is the withdrawing athlete's responsibility to find a suitable replacement for their entry and such replacement is required to register online in the applicable race category in order to be eligible for entry. Please appreciate, that Zsports will not entertain or respond to any emails requesting a refund or carry forward of an entry.
